Notes:   Mike joined I Mother Earth on stage to play percussion during the song Rain Will Fall. During DT's set, Mike (still recovering from his pneumonia) threw his back out really bad. While Mike went back stage to have his back worked on, John P and Derek went into a jam until Mike returned to the stage.
