Notes:
This was Jim Matheos birthday, so Mike brought a birthday cake out
during Fates Warning's set, which he threw into the crowd. During DT's
set, John M.'s rig went down and for about 3 songs, John was not even on
stage. James also had mic trouble this night.
This show was recorded for radio broadcast - whether it was
actually broadcast or not is unknown, though tapes of this show are in
circulation.
