Notes:   James has mic problems right at the beginning of the show, so after 3 mins of Pull Me Under, he stops the show and the rest of the band does a 10 min jazz improv jam while James gets a working mic. After he gets a working mic, they start up the show again (with apparently a lot of mishaps during the show). This also proved to be the last show with Derek as a hired gun.
